Here’s How to Use It and Find Corresponding Receipts
*This walkthrough shows how to handle non-patient purchases. If the purchase is made by a patient but unassociated with an appointment, simply select that patient instead of checking the Sell to non patient
box. Their receipt will then appear in Patient Responsibility > Patient View.
On the Appointments page, select + Quick Purchase
.

In the window that appears, select the Sell to non patient
box and fill in the customer’s information. For this example, the customer will pay in cash.

Once you Confirm
the purchase, it will show up in the Non-Patient View
on the Patient Responsibility page with all the other non-patient transactions.
In the Action column, you can Download Receipt, Print Receipt, or Refund Payment.
