Insights Access
User Access Permissions: What level of access does each user see by default?
- Admins have full access to everything.
- Billing Managers have access to everything except team management features.
- Staff can only see the Practice Overview and advanced Insights pages. This is likely best suited to front desk staff.
Note: You can always customize individual team members’ page access beyond these defaults.
How to Change User Access Permissions
Under Settings, open the My Practice page and go to the Team Setting tab. You can either search for individual members of your team to customize their site access, or you can filter by role.

Choose a team member and click Edit. You’ll be able to adjust their site access in broad strokes by changing their Role (Administrator, Billing Manager or Staff) and then decide if you would like to grant or remove access on any individual pages.

Click Save, and you’re done!
