Providers! They come and go. Here’s how to update a provider’s current contracted status with your practice in Insights.
Here’s How It Works
From the My Practice page, click the ‘Providers’ tab.

Now, use the Search function to find the provider in question, then choose Deactivate.

A modal will appear, explaining deactivation and future accessibility in the Inactive tab. Click Confirm

You can now view the deactivated provider in the ‘Inactive’ tab. From here, you can either reactivate or delete the provider.
