Summary
This report is a one pager to summarize a patient’s encounters/payments made towards those encounters. This report is also available through the patient profile, under the ‘Claims’ tab. This is often given to patients so they can provide their lawyers a summary of services, charges, and payments.
Filter Requirements
- A single patient must be selected to download this report. This report will support date filters only of type Date of Service and Date of Submission.
