A general overview of the extremely useful and broadly-scoped PR Settings page. More specific guides are linked where appropriate.

At a Glance

The PR Settings page is chock-full of customizable features, all aimed at maximizing PR collection for your practice.

Work with your Account Manager to ensure these are initially set up to meet the needs of your organization, and feel free to adjust as you continue to work with Insights.

Accessing PR Settings

There are many ways to access PR Settings in Insights. For this walkthrough, we’ll use the Patient View tab on the Patient Responsibility page itself.
